Tamu Lewis is a mental health advocate, speaker, author, and founder of the Lee Thompson Young Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health education and mindfulness practices for youth. After losing her brother, actor Lee Thompson Young, to suicide, Tamu turned her grief into purpose by creating programs that support young people and encourage conversations around mental wellness and suicide prevention. She is also the author of Surviving The Mental Health Tank and uses her platform to share her story, reduce stigma, and inspire others to seek support.
