Tiffany L. Dennis is a licensed professional counselor and mental wellness expert who helps adults better understand the way their brains work and build lives that actually work for them. 

Through The Atlanta Therapist Studio, she works primarily with creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating adult ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, unhealthy self-esteem/self-worth, motivation, and the everyday frustration of feeling capable but still struggling stay on top of things. 

Outside of the therapy room she's expanding her work as a speaker and media contributor (interviews, panels, podcast guest, workshops, and other opportunities) to bring attention to the real-life impact of ADHD.
